The «Reimbursement of Costs for Industrial Enterprise Scientific Projects Program (Decree No. 1649)» from the Ministry of Industry and Trade
Type: Subsidy (provided after expenses)
Valid on the territory of the Russian Federation, it provides for the reimbursement of R&D (research and development) costs incurred by any industrialists who are residents of the Russian Federation.
Input requirements
- Project goal: technology development
- Project objectives: R&D in advanced technologies as part of innovative projects implementation
- Company industry: industry, engineering
- Dealbreakers: tax arrears, debt on the return of subsidies, reorganization/liquidation/bankruptcy process, disqualified executive
- Company assets: technological and testing equipment with a balance value of at least 75 million rubles.
Result requirements
- Statement of cash flows from targeted use
- Registration of Intellectual Property / R&D in the Russian Federation (patent or know-how)
- Product launch and sales equal to 5x the subsidy amount
How much can I get?
from 20 to 400 million rubles.
Compensation: 70% of the total direct costs
What can I spend money on?
- Payroll fund
- Procurement of laboratory and research equipment
- Procurement of components, raw materials, and supplies
- Fabrication of prototypes
- Overhead costs (up to 100% of the subsidy amount)
- Payment for works (services) of third-party organizations
- Lease of buildings, structures, process equipment and tooling
- Maintenance and operation of research equipment, installations, and facilities
- Registration of intellectual property assets
- production of a pilot batch of products and its testing, certification and (or) registration, as well as testing
- Procurement of comparison items
