Proprietary BMS for battery module management
Battery Management System
is a system that monitors, balances, and protects NMC, LiFePO4, and LTO battery packs.
We have developed and manufacture the RUBRUKS BMS modular monitoring and control system.
The system consists of two types of boards:
BMU main board measures current, controls the main contactors, precharge contactor, provides communication with CMU boards and the upper-level system, and calculates the necessary operating parameters of the battery module (state of charge, charge and discharge current limits, balancing levels, etc.).
CMU measurement boards provide voltage and temperature measurements of battery module cells, balancing, board temperature control, and have an optional capability to connect a wireless communication module.
Service software
RUBIKS MASTER
The unified RUBRUKS MASTER service software allows diagnosing, configuring, and parameterizing all the components we produce.
The software operates in user assistance mode, meaning it will limit the ability to enter parameter values that could damage the equipment.
