Production of hybrid systems for vehicles

Development and production of hybrid engines and systems

RUBRUKS specializes in the development and production of hybrid systems for various types of equipment: trucks, bulldozers, construction and agricultural machinery, as well as public transport and airport equipment.

We offer modern solutions based on domestic components that effectively combine the advantages of traditional internal combustion engines (ICE) and electric systems, creating reliable hybrid systems.

Hybrid systems reduce the load on the internal combustion engine, optimize fuel consumption, and minimize environmental impact. We use only high-quality components of our own production in our development.

Key features:
01

Power

From 45 to 400 kW, hybrids will be suitable for light or heavy equipment

02

Battery capacity

from 15 to 300 Ah, depending on the type of transport and operating conditions

03

Low noise level

With noise levels reduced to 20%, this equipment is the most comfortable to use in urban environments.

04

Fuel efficiency

Fuel savings of up to 40% when operated properly

How does a hybrid work

The operating principle of a hybrid vehicle or heavy equipment is based on the combined use of two power units: an internal combustion engine and an electric drive.

How a hybrid engine works:

  • At the moment of startup, the electric motor takes over the main functions, which reduces the load on the internal combustion engine.
  • During acceleration or climbing, the electric motor and the internal combustion engine work together, providing maximum power.
  • During braking, energy is regenerated—the electric motor turns into a generator, charging the battery.
  • During stable low-speed operation, the system switches to electric-only drive mode, completely disengaging the internal combustion engine.

Advantages of RUBRUKS Hybrid Systems:

  • Reduce fuel consumption Up to 30–50%, depending on operating conditions and the type of hybrid. For rechargeable models, this figure may be even higher.
  • On 50% reduce CO2 emissions into the environment.
  • Low noise, This improves conditions when working with transport.
  • Reduce engine wear, reducing engine load.
  • Quick acceleration through the use of a gasoline engine and an electric motor.

RUBRUKS offers hybrid systems for cars, trucks, special equipment, public transport, and more.

Types of Hybrid Cars and Technology

Принцип работы гибридного автомобиля или тяжелой техники
Common hybrids:
  • Sequential.
An internal combustion engine is used exclusively for generating electricity, while movement is provided by an electric motor. Examples include Evolute, Voyah, LiAuto, TANK, or certain truck models that are on the list of series hybrid vehicles.
  • Parallel.
Internal combustion engines and electric motors can work simultaneously, distributing the load. This type is often used in construction equipment and agricultural machinery where high power is needed. For example, Aurus cars from NAMI.
  • Mixed (combined).
Combines elements of sequential and parallel drive, allowing the system to flexibly adapt to various operating conditions.
