Mobile charging station
The popularity of electric transport is growing every day. As a consequence, there is a growing need for accessible charging infrastructure and an increased driving range for electric vehicles.
Mobile EV charging services are appearing on the global and Russian markets. If the traction batteries run out of charge en route, the driver summons a mobile charging station to their location, receives the necessary amount of electricity, and continues their journey.
The RUBRUKS team has developed a set of equipment for creating a mobile charging station based on domestic components.

The solution can be applied:

2. As a backup power source for long trips.
For example, with trailer mounting

1. On a truck chassis for emergency charging of electric vehicles that have run out of power on the road.
At the same time, the battery modules of the mobile charging station can be charged by the energy generated by the standard internal combustion engine.
System structure:
01
Energy source
As a source of electrical energy, RUBRUKS HVB Battery Modules. The configuration depends on energy storage requirements. The number of battery modules must be a multiple of 2.
02
Charging
Charging of battery modules from a 380V power grid is carried out using RUBRUKS RBC2-600-22 onboard charger
03
thermoregulation
Battery module heating and cooling are provided by the thermal management module.
TCU-6-4-10-12V.
04
DC power source
A charging station with a maximum DC output power of 60 kW and a CCS Combo 2 connector is used for DC charging of the vehicle.
05
AC power source
AC charging of an electric vehicle is organized using DC-AC voltage converter (pure sine wave) RUBRUKS NPI-360-220-7, connected to a 3P-N-PE power distribution board with a Type 2 connector output
06
Switching unit
For connecting high-voltage consumers to battery modules at a single point, a RUBRUKS HVCU2-600-iso High-Voltage Switching Unit
Advantages:
- RUBRUKS components are manufactured in Russia.
- Manufacturers and operators of mobile charging stations based on domestic components can apply for government subsidies and compensation for electricity costs in accordance with Government Decree No. 1619 of the Russian Federation.
Since 2019, our company has been manufacturing components for traction electric drive systems and onboard power supplies, as well as developing complex solutions from scratch.
The catalog features electric motors, battery modules, power electronics, and peripheral equipment are presented, suitable for building hybrid and electric vessels, including charging stations and energy storage systems.
