Electric transmission for wheeled tractor
The instability of diesel fuel prices and availability is a problem for the modern agricultural industry. The use of tractors with hybrid power units is a way to save fuel without compromising product quality or quantity.
We have developed an electric transmission designed for use in wheeled tractors. All equipment is manufactured using domestic components.
Composition and principle of operation:

Powerplant
The tractor's power unit is RUBRUKS MVM-PM1-60 permanent magnet synchronous generator, driven by an internal combustion tractor engine.
The AC-DC converter RUBRUKS NTPI-600-50 converts alternating voltage from a generator into direct voltage for controlling electric motors.

4 RUBRUKS GMV-55-360-WG24 geared motors drive the tractor's wheels.

Power for External Consumers
RUBRUKS NPI-360-220-7 DC-AC Converter provides an output voltage of 220V 50Hz to power external consumers (drills, angle grinders, and any tools powered by 220V).

Switching unit
High-voltage consumers are connected to the power source via High-voltage switching unit RUBRUKS с insulation monitoring system.

System component control via CAN bus
For recording data from the CAN bus, a RUBRUKS CL3-2C CAN logger. Tractor control elements are connected via CAN. The driving mode is selected using the driving mode selector. RUBRUKS DMS-3L-CAN. The engine speed is controlled using the RUBRUKS AP-2AO gas pedal.
On average, the fuel consumption of a hybrid tractor is 25% lower than that of its diesel counterparts.
